Visual Concert in Llanes
The Monastery of San Antolín de Bedón, a 13th-century Romanesque building now in a state of abandonment, became for one night an immersive and symbolically charged stage. With a full audience, the space was transformed using an autonomous power generator and a lighting design that dialogued with the ancient architecture, enhancing the audience’s sensory experience.
The audience sat in a circular layout, surrounding the interior of the monastery and creating an intimate shared atmosphere in which the music flowed from the center to every corner. The programme combined Baroque elegance, French Impressionism, and contemporary creation, with a narrative conceived to resonate with the site and its silence.
