This report details and justifies the expenses associated with the project, ensuring transparency in the management of public and private funds. The Festival seeks to revitalize the rural environment through high quality artistic activities, achieving the active involvement of local communities and promoting a significant cultural and social impact.
Breakdown of Expenditures with Justification
Piano rental
Total amount: 5,225.76 €.
Justification: The artistic quality of the festival requires high-level instruments. Concert pianos are indispensable for the scheduled performances, which include demanding repertoires performed by renowned musicians. Each piano was specifically rented and tuned to guarantee the expected musical standard.
Travel and transportation of artists
Total amount: 4,703.13 €.
Justification: Travel arrangements were made for artists between the different venues of the festival. This included international flights, train tickets and cab services to facilitate the arrival of musicians and technicians, some of whom reside outside Spain. In addition, priority was given to hiring local transportation as a measure of economic support to the region.
Accommodation for artists
Total amount: 2,125.40 €.
Justification: During the festival, the artists and technical team stayed in rural houses, hotels and local residences. This expense not only covered the needs of the team, but also benefited the local economy by prioritizing lodging in the rural areas where the activities took place.
Technical production
Total amount: 10,147.31 €.
Justification: Includes the rental and installation of sound, lighting, furniture and scenic materials necessary for concerts, workshops and residencies. This investment ensures that the public and artists enjoy optimal technical conditions, respecting safety regulations and enhancing the artistic experience of the event.
Meals and catering for artists
Total amount: 2,437.18 €.
Justification: Meals and catering were provided to both artists and the technical team during rehearsal and concert days. These services were contracted from local restaurants and supermarkets, boosting the region's economy and promoting the team's integration with the community.
Advertising and promotion
Total amount: 485.34 €.
Justification: To maximize the festival's reach, we invested in digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). This allowed us to attract a diverse audience, encouraging participation from both rural and urban communities, and highlighting the festival as a cultural reference.
Artistic fees and services
Total amount: 30,000.00 €.
Justification: This expense covers the fees of artists, coordinators, designers, and technicians who worked on the project. The management team was involved for a period of 10 months, dedicating 8 hours per week to preparation, production, rehearsal, design, and assembly.
Each manager received a monthly salary of 875 euros in accordance with the responsibilities assumed, guaranteeing their commitment and professionalism throughout the project.
This long-term hiring approach not only ensures the quality of the festival, but also reinforces labor sustainability in the cultural sector.
Materials and equipment for activities
Total amount: 6,327.49 €.
Justification: Includes the purchase of materials for artistic residencies, community workshops, and the installation of stages and decorative elements. The materials were selected to be reusable in future editions, ensuring a sustainable and environmentally friendly investment.
Financial costs
Total amount: 790.04 €.
Justification: Insurance and commissions associated with the credit account used to manage festival payments were included. These administrative expenses are necessary to maintain the transparency and fluidity of financial operations.

Department of Culture, Linguistic Policy and Sports: 39,700.00 €.
Municipalities (Grado, Llanes, Pola, Salas): 6,246.00 €.
Caja Rural de Asturias: 3,000.00 €.
Own contribution: 10,422.06 €.
Total income: 59,368.06 €.
Conclusion
The Music Festival for the Development of the Arts in Rural Areas not only fulfilled its cultural and artistic objectives, but also had a positive impact on local communities, strengthening their economy and promoting social cohesion.
The execution of the project reflects responsible and transparent management, ensuring that every euro invested is destined to fulfill the proposed purposes and contributing to the development of the arts in rural areas.
