In the secluded setting of the Church of Leiguarda, the ADAR Festival presents a program focused on the intimate dialogue between piano and cello, with incursions into the solo repertoire and contemporary creation. The evening features two artists with a shared sensitivity for expressive depth, interpretative risk and the search for new languages.
The core of the program revolves around the work of Andrea Casarrubios, composer and performer, who presents Seven for solo cello and Three pieces for piano, flute and violin in a version adapted for this occasion. Her deeply emotional music establishes a bridge between individual introspection and collective resonance.
Completing the program are works by Boccherini, Debussy, Laporta and the great trio Dumky by Dvořák, in an arranged version for piano and cello, closing an evening of contrasts and shared lyricism.

- Luigi Boccherini - Two movements - cello and piano [ca. 1770] 8'.
